• The nearest parking stations are P3 and P4. Parking police patrol Homebush on weekends.
• Public transport or carpooling is recommended.
TICKETS
• Tickets for each session can be pre-purchased online via Eventbrite (search BJP).
• On the day, tickets can also be purchased at the box office (or online). • Seating is not allocated but there will be plenty of seating around the whole arena.
• We have been advised that the venue plans to have a café open at each event. • Audience will receive a wristband to correspond with the session/s they are attending.
WHAT TO BRING
• Bring a water bottle labelled with the competitor’s name. Stay hydrated.
• Light snacks– nut-free only.
• Bring only small, lightweight bags as competitors must carry their bag everywhere they go.
• Bags cannot be left in the Hall of Legends (training room).
• No hair, body or face glitter or reflective accessories may be worn or brought into the venue.
ARRIVAL
• Each team should arrive half an hour prior to the starting time of the session (Cathy will advise arrival time closer to the date).
• Meet your team/s outside the building on the grassed area opposite P3 carpark or in the Bus Bay area. Club signs are recommended so your team can easily find you.
• Competitors must be dressed and accessorised ready to compete before arrival including hair, bows and makeup. Toilets are for toileting only.
• Strictly no holding of any rooms or areas for a particular club/s and no signage may be posted on any doors. Backstage is a shared space for everyone, not for the exclusive use of any particular club/s
