Como Physie Club

Participation and Risk

Participation is at your own risk. While all reasonable care is taken, Como Physie and its teachers are not responsible for injury, loss or damage to personal property during classes, rehearsals, competitions or events, to the extent permitted by law. Members must inform their teacher of any injury, medical condition or concern before participating so reasonable modifications can be made where possible. 

Fees and Payment

Como Physie operates from February to November. Fees include an annual club registration fee and class fees. Invoices are issued by email and must be paid by the due date. Fees vary by age group and payment option. Please refer to the Fee Schedule on our website. Fees do not include BJP registration, interclub entries or private lessons. Payments are made by direct deposit. For payment enquiries, contact info@comophysie.com.

Cancellations and Refunds 

Fees are non-refundable once classes have commenced. In line with Australian Consumer Law, refunds may be provided where required by law. In all other cases, refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Como Physie Committee.

BJP Registration

Junior, Senior and Ladies members must register with BJP for competition eligibility and access to syllabus resources. Fees are set by BJP and are payable directly to BJP. Early Bird rates may apply. BJP registration is not required for Petites.

Illness, Safety and Conduct

Members must not attend classes if unwell or contagious. Como Physie reserves the right to limit or suspend participation where necessary to protect the health and safety of members, teachers and families. All members and parents are expected to comply with the Como Physie Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in restricted participation or removal from the club.

Privacy and Images

Photos and videos may be taken during classes, competitions and events for club communication and promotion. Images may be used on the Como Physie website, social media and marketing materials. Names will not be published without permission. If you do not consent to the use of images of yourself or your child, leave the image consent box unticked at registration and notify info@comophysie.com so appropriate arrangements can be made.
